~ NEED A PAYMENT PLAN? ~

~ DO YOU HAVE ACTIVE & CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHERS? ~

We accept Active and Creative Kids vouchers. One voucher per member per term.

Please provide the following when you complete your online registration to ensure the fee reduction is applied at checkout.

Your Discount Code: ACTCRE25
Your Service NSW Voucher Number - this needs to be entered or updated in the 'additional information' field. Failure to do this will result in the full fee being charged. Please also email the voucher to tamworthphysie@hotmail.com for processing.

~ ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR A FAMILY DISCOUNT? ~

A discount is available for members of the same immediate family/household.

1st member: Full price

2nd member: $10 discount per term (use code: 2NDFAMDISC)

3rd member: $20 discount per term (use code: 3RDFAMDISC)

4th member: $30 discount per term (use code: 4THFAMDISC)

Please note: You may use more than one discount code at a time e.g. if you are claiming a voucher and also wish to claim the family discount.
